Your Role

  • You are responsible for the selection and implementation of the software for our customer care department
  • You report directly to management and provide input for further improvements on our service quality and customer satisfaction
  • You define meaningful KPI's for our customer service department and build a strong reporting channel for management and the shareholders, while in the meantime the KPI’s are tracked for successful achievement
  • You are able to align the customer needs with the company requirements
  • You on board new colleagues and make sure that they receive the right professional trainings
  • You develop your employees continuously and sustainably and support them with constructive feedback

Your Profile

  • You have gained 2 - 4 years of professional experience in customer care, preferably in the following fields; credit and debit cards, consumer loans and/or other consumer financial products.
  • You have experience in building call centres or a customer care department from scratch
  • You have experience dealing with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar
  • You have experience dealing with back office systems for cards, credit and banking products
  • You can bring concrete ideas on how to digitize and automate processes and implement them
  • You are empathetic in your approach and have a hands-on mentality, while being result-orientated
  • You are organized, self-motivated and clear in your communication and approach
  • You have a proven experience with building and leading a high performance team
  • You are proficient in English and German
