Trainee/Associate HR Admin (m/f) for AppLift

Your Responsibilities:

  • You maintain and update our HR database
  • You create and update employee files both in physical and digital folders (including scanning relevant documents)
  • You prepare all documents needed for payroll
  • You are the first point of contact for employment document requests from employees and managers
  • You prepare and manage our on- and off-boardings
  • You take care of our HR Reporting
  • You are responsible for creating work contracts, amendments, support with the visa applications and all necessary documents for our new hires and existing employees
  • You provide excellent employee services
  • You track holidays and sick days
  • You contribute your own ideas/projects (e.g., how to optimise our HR Admin processes) and work closely with different business units

Our Requirements:

  • Previous work experiences in an administrative and client-facing role
  • Highly structured and detail-orientated
  • Very strong analytical and number skills, excellent Excel skills
  • Confidential approach towards everything you do
  • A self-starter with commitment to do a great job
  • Very motivated to make a successful career within startups
  • Proficiency in English and German
  • Ability to work and communicate in a fast-paced international environment
